Recommended oil
|
Any hydraulic fluid listed below can be used.
Petroleum base oil: Use oil equivalent to ISO VG32 or VG46. Synthetic liquid: Use phosphoric acid ester liquid or polyol ester liquid. When using phosphate ester fluid, please use special fluoro rubber seal. Aqueous liquid: Use water glycol liquid. |

Pollution control
|
Attention should be paid to control the contamination of hydraulic oil, otherwise it will cause damage to the valve or shorten the service life. Please ensure that the pollution degree is: NAS 1638 -11 grade, with 25μm or finer pipeline oil filter.

Pressure adjustment
|
When adjusting the pressure, loosen the lock nut and slowly turn the handle. Clockwise means the pressure rises, and counterclockwise means the pressure drops. After the adjustment, don't forget to tighten the lock nut.
The pressure is limited by the installed retaining ring. When a working pressure cannot be reached, some retaining rings can be removed. |

Oil return form
|
When DG-G01 is used as a remote control valve, the oil return pipe must not be connected to the oil return pipe of other valves, but should be directly returned to the oil tank. If the cavity of the return pipe is too large, frequency vibration is likely to occur.
