	characteristic	The axial piston variable displacement pump with swash plate structure is used for hydrostatic transmission in open circuit hydraulic system. Mainly designed for mobile working machinery applications. Under the condition that the fuel tank is pressurized or the optional built-in filling pump (impeller) is used, the pump operates under the condition of automatic starting and filling. Provide various control options to meet various application requirements. The power control option is externally adjustable, even when the pump is running. The through-shaft drive is suitable for the added gear pump and axial piston pump, that is, 100% through-shaft drive. The output flow rate is proportional to the driving speed and can be steplessly changed between qV max and qV min = 0.

-A11VO pump is designed for use in open circuit.
-Project planning, assembly and commissioning of axial plunger components must be carried out by qualified personnel.
-Work line ports and function ports are only designed for hydraulic lines.
-During and shortly after operation, the axial plunger components (especially the electromagnet) may be at risk of causing burns. Appropriate safety measures should be taken (such as wearing protective clothing).
-According to the different working conditions (working pressure, oil temperature) of the axial piston element, the characteristics may change.
-Pressure port:
The port and fixed thread are designed for the maximum specified pressure. The manufacturer of the machine or system must ensure that the safety factors of the connecting components and pipelines meet the specified working conditions (pressure, flow, hydraulic oil, temperature).
-The data and instructions contained herein must be followed.
-Use the following tightening torques:
·Threaded hole of axial plunger element:
The maximum allowable tightening torque MG max is the maximum value for threaded holes and must not exceed this value.
·Connector:
Please refer to the manufacturer's instructions for the tightening torque of the connectors used.
·Fixing screws:
Regarding fixing screws that meet DIN 13, we recommend that their tightening torque be checked separately according to VDI 2230.
·Locking screw:
For the metal locking screw provided with the axial plunger element, apply the tightening torque MV required for the locking screw.
-The product components are not certified according to the general machine safety concept of DIN EN ISO 13849.
