F11 and F12 motor/bent axis quantitative axial piston pump
F11 and F12 are bent axis heavy-duty plunger type quantitative hydraulic motors and pump series, which can be used in many applications in open and closed circuits.
The F12 series mounting flange and shaft extension configuration comply with the current ISO and SAE standards, and very compact plug-in products are available;
Due to the unique ball plunger design, F11/F12 motors can work at extremely high shaft speeds, with a working pressure of 480 bar, and a strong output power capacity;
The drive shaft and the axis of the cylinder form an angle of 40°. This design makes the motor and pump mechanism very compact and light in weight;
The laminated piston ring provides many important advantages, such as: small internal leakage and heat resistance to shock.
This series of hydraulic pumps have a well-designed valve plate, which can work at high speeds and reduce noise. Both left-hand and right-hand rotation are available.
The F11/F12 series motors can produce a large torque during starting and idling conditions.
The unique time-sharing gear drive design makes the transmission shaft and the cylinder rotation completely synchronized, and enables F11/F12 to withstand great pressure and torsional vibration.
Heavy-duty roller bearings allow the drive bearing to be subjected to considerable external axial and radial loads.
F11 and F12 adopt a simple and straightforward design with small moving parts and are highly reliable motors and pumps.
 The unique plunger lock, time-sharing gear and bearing configuration and the small number of parts, coupled with the solid structure and long service life, all confirm the reliability of this series of products.
